Pricing & Service Boundaries

We believe in clear, honest pricing and straightforward communication. Every space and system is a little different, but our goal is always the same: explain your options, set expectations up front, and do the work the right way. If something isn’t a good fit, we’ll tell you honestly and help point you in the right direction.

How Pricing Works

Most work is billed hourly or as a flat-rate service, depending on the project.

Standard service rate: $85 per hour
On-site visits: 2-hour minimum
Flat-rate services: Available for common projects like tech help visits, cable cleanup, system tune-ups, and accessibility setups
Larger projects: Quoted clearly and in writing before work begins

We’re always happy to talk through options and help you decide what makes the most sense.

What We Don’t Do

To keep our work reliable and high-quality, there are a few services we don’t offer:

Electrical work or new electrical wiring
Large-scale in-wall cabling or construction projects
Enterprise-level IT management
Data recovery from failed or damaged hard drives
Work on systems without proper access or ownership

If a project falls outside our scope, we’re glad to recommend a trusted specialist.
